Colette

The only female chef of the restaurant, Colette has had to brave many rough
waters to get where she is now, a fact she has no doubt stressed very hard
with Linguini. However, underneath her tough and heartless exterior she begins
to take a liking to the novice Linguini, and when he almost reveals his
secret, the two are forced into a kiss by the desperate Remy. From this point
on, the two openly harbor feelings torwards the other. Colette eventually
becomes Linguini's girlfriend and partner in business.
Colette believes strongly in Gusteau's
old motto, Anyone Can Cook. This is the reason she returns to
Linguini's side in spite of knowing he is secretly operated by a rat.
